Kokomo has lots of privacy! Our Florida Keys vacation rental is on a 1/2 acre gulf front property, with lush tropical trees and flowers. Kokomo is 2300 sq. feet of living space, beautiful waterfront views of the Gulf of Mexico, two story Keys rental home with heated pool, hot tub and dock. Bedrooms are large with 3 of 4 having views of the Gulf of Mexico. And of course, we have a hammock for a lazy day or to relax after that dip in the pool. You're in the Florida Keys now, so we want you to enjoy all our hard work to make your dream come true, a perfect Florida Keys vacation with a nightly sunset view celebration. Easter Weeks (March 31 - April 14) - $4500 Mini Lobster Season (July 21 -28, 2012) $5,500/wk Opening of Lobster Season(August 4-11,2012):$4800/wk Thanksgiving: $4500/wk Christmas & New Years (December 19 - January 4): $6000/wk High Season Rental Rates (January - mid April and Memorial Day - mid August): $3,400 - $4,500. Rate depends on # people in the party. First rate is 6 people add $400 each additional person up to max of 10 people second rate. Mid Season: (Mid April to late MAy and Mid August to Early September): $3,000 - $4,000. Rate depends on # people in the party. First rate is 6 people add $300 each additional person up to max of 10 people second rate. Low Season: ( Early September to end of October): $2,100 - $3,200. Rate depends on # people in the party.
