Villas Akumal is a uniquely situated property right on the beach in wonderfully tranquil Akumal. A beautifully appointed villa awaits even the most discerning traveler, the perfect blend of privacy and comfort for any family.
The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom with shower and marble vanity, stocked with tropical blend toiletries and hair dryer. The smaller bedroom has a double bed and uses the half bath. Both bedrooms are garden view and have A/C. The private, covered porch has a wonderful painted and expansive beachfront terrace with steps down to the beach.
Even though you will appreciate the away from it all location, we are right in the middle of the very popular Riviera Maya, where endless options for fun, sport, history and culture await.
Enjoy kayaking and snorkeling on your own beach, or a just short ride to one of the Riviera Maya's aqua parks, boat trips, or the Tulum Ruins.

Once you have decided to rent our Villa, we will hold your dates for up to 7 days while you secure your airline reservations. After the 7 days a deposit of 50% will be due. The balance will be due 90 days before the first day of your rental period. If you cancel at any time we will refund 100% of your deposit and final payment, less any money transfer charges (typically 3%) if we can subsequently rent out the same dates at the same rate. If we can not rent out the same dates at the same rates we will credit 100% twords your next rental at Villa Italiano. Hurricane Exception If there is a hurricane warning (not a watch) and you want to cancel your rental for that period, we will refund 100% (less any money transfer cost). If, while at our Villa you have to evacuate to a hurricane shelter, we will refund 100% of the days that you were not able to stay at the Villa (less any money transfer cost) |
